The decision to enforce the European Court of Human Rights decision was published yesterday in the Official Gazette and failure to pay the sum within 3 months from issuance of this decision shall be ground for interests on the amounts specified for each owner, equal to the marginal lending rate of the European Central Bank during the default period plus 3 percent. The financial effects of Strasbourg Court decision shall be covered from the contingency fund of the state budget.

Beneficiaries of the fund amounting to Euro 10.5 million are the owners who have appealed, respectively the files "Gjikoli and Molla", "Galanxhi and others", "Frashëri and others", "Merlika and others" and "Dhimertika and others". The complete list of owners who will receive compensation of property pursuant to Strasbourg Court decision will be published.
