• How will I pay for the apartment?

  The full payment will be taken in our office on the day of your arrival. Also we ask to pay a security deposit which equal to the cost of three nights living. The deposit will be refunded on the last day of your rental.

• How often will the apartment be cleaned and the bed sheets will be changed?

  We can guarantee you,to manage the cleaning of the apartment and changing bed sheets and towels every 3 days.

• For how long I can rent an apartment?

  You can rent the apartment for any period of time ranging from 3 nights.

• Which apartments are available for rent?

  Bora Property offers only great apartments in new tourist complex, perfectly located on the beach and equipped with furniture and household appliances. We have spacious apartments with one or two bedrooms; unique spacious penthouses with a huge terrace and stunning sew view.

• How do I rent my apartment on Bora Property website?

  Firstly go the page with the apartment you liked, select it and send us your request. Our managers will contact you shortly and advice on enquires. Reservation is free of charge. To confirm your reservation you will need to send us the copy of your ticket.

• Does Bora property guarantees clean apartments with decent quality of furniture and appliances in our apartment?

  Yes, it does. Our staffs carefully monitor the cleanliness and health and safety issues in our apartments. In case of any domestic problems our specialist will do their best to eliminate them ASAP.

• Will somebody meet us on arrival in Albania?

  Yes, of course. Our driver will meet you and your family at the airport or port and will take you the apartment. Our driver will assist with check in procedure.
